Snaps into your Shimano SPD-SL style pedals and lets you use sneakers instead of cycling shoes. Please note this is just an adapter specifically for Shimano road bike pedals. We also offer other similar adapters for different pedals. 

We do not recommend using these with stationary or fixed speed bicycles. If you have one of these then we recommend looking at our pedal adapters with straps.
